The collection of debt procedure is comprises two different types of interventions:
Action in the extrajudicial stage, when the debtor is directly contacted to obtain the settlement of the dispute amicably without the intervention of the Court;
Action in the judicial stage, is carried out in the presence of the competent Judicial Authority and is aimed at obtaining a pronouncement of a jurisdictional conviction of the debtor to make the payment forcibly, also through the repossession of property.
