The report provided by the debt collection agency can be used for tax exemption pourposes.

According to the Department of Public Security of the Italian Ministry of the Interior, (Circular No. 557/Pas/6909/12015) the report the debt collection company stating that  the debt is uncollectable, given the unsuccessful outcome of the debt collection carried out, is a tax document used for the deductibility of debt.
