On the date 30/08/2012 in the Gazzetta Ufficiale della Repubblica Italiana, it was published that the Italian Legislative Decree, August 14, 2012 n.149, enforced through the Directive of the European Community 2010/24/UE inherent to the reciprocal assistance regarding debt recovery resulting in duty, taxes and other measures.

The legislative measures that set the new laws with regards to assistance for debt recovery that arise on the national territory or in other States, members of EU, regarding the above mentioned matter, went into effect in Italy on 14/09/2012.
